  Ada, the Funeral Director was the epitome of warm professionalism. She showed empathy and caring when we bombarded her with questions in our grief and great ignorance - as can be expected - dealing with the death of my husband. The only downside was that I didn’t realise that different coloured caskets had different pricing. I didn’t ask and I wasn’t informed. Maybe in my grief, I didn’t take it all in but paperwork was clear and honest. Five stars for the funeral service help where Ada arrived with two other helpers and one of them offered to take the Guest Book around before the service to be filled in. Ada also informed me that costing of the venue I had booked was rather exorbitant and to look around. She was helpful in suggesting other chapels around but eventually we were able to get the venue of our choice with catering and ensure all IT was available for our modern tech-savvy musos.
