They're absolutely hopeless! Didn't know about some of the plaque styles, were very lax in sending my receipt, sent me an email with the wrong name in the subject matter three times, and did NOT apologise despite my pointing it out, and kept asking me for input into placing ashes when I'd requested and paid for just the plaque with no ashes.

A beautiful final resting place. The grounds are stunning, set in carefully manicured gardens and beautiful bushland, complete with kangaroos jumping through.

We had an issue with our plaque corroding quicker than it should. I sent off an email, not expecting much, but I got an email back direct from the manager, Peter Ship, and no questions asked, he got it replaced for us and back up in a couple of weeks.

I'd suggest you go elsewhere if you want decent service.
